We needed service on our HVAC today as the heat was not working. Our service tech Dillon Hardenbrook was very diligent and considerate doing his best to get everything working. We have never had bad service with this company. The owner Mark is so fair and his employees follow his good example.

The team was incredibly responsive, professional, and courteous, making the entire process effortless. They took the time to listen to my needs and offered expert advice on the best options for me.
I received several notifications when a technician was on the way. The technician Dustin arrived on time, he was neat and respectful of my property, and completed the job with exceptional attention to detail. He even took the time to walk me through the details of the repair and made sure I didn't have any questions.
The quality of the work is top-notch, and my air conditioning unit is running perfectly. It's hard to find a company that truly cares about their customers, but Touchstone Heating and Air went above and beyond.
