Touchstone has been taking care of my elderly mother's heating and air needs for several years. They are amazing. I appreciate the way they treat my mom as she can sometimes be a little too interested in whaat they are doing. The techs are friendly and respond quickly any time there is an issue to be addressed. Their pricing is fair and I would give them a call if you need someone for HVAC in the Lake City area!
This is the best place ever. We've been without air for a week now. Tried several attempts to contact other dealers with no luck. Won't ever use anyone else but Touchstone. They work with you and bend over backwards. Phenomenal customer service. Thank you for all you do. We certainly appreciate everything. Matt is awesome!!
