The absolute best technician! William was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, listen to my needs and cared! My first experience with Snyder was horrific. William has redeemed the Synder company's name and I will always request him. Going to have electrical inspection in November. They came as soon as I called to let them know our unit was having problems. The new unit was installed the next day. They were prompt, efficient, and friendly.
As always, Touchstone service was A+. Been their customer over 20 years- they installed original when house built. This was the 2nd replacement in my 21 years. Great company, very thorough and always helpful!
