I received several notifications when a technician was on the way. The technician Dustin arrived on time, he was neat and respectful of my property, and completed the job with exceptional attention to detail. He even took the time to walk me through the details of the repair and made sure I didn't have any questions.
The quality of the work is top-notch, and my air conditioning unit is running perfectly. Touchstone's service was impeccable. They installed our new unit during the coldest weather of the year and brought us space heaters to keep us warm until the installation was complete. They were courteous and thoroughly explained how to get the best out of our new system.
They came out to inspect our vent for dust and mold. All was good there. We set up a service for twice a year and they did a great job and explained his process. We are very happy with their professionalism!
