We recently had Touchstone install 2 new units at our house. Mark came out the day after I called to give me an estimate. He gave me 3 options and explained each one in detail. After we decided on the option we wanted, the scheduled the installation for 3 days later. Toby, Matt and Hunter arrived promptly as scheduled, and they did a great job. Our 2nd unit went out 2 months later. When I contacted Touchstone, we received the same great response and installation.
We signed up for the yearly membership and they check the units throughout the year to ensure that you don't have any issues.
Mark and the entire Touchstone team are terrific, and they are extremely easy to do business with. When I call the office Jeanine is who I mostly talk to. She is friendly, courteous, polite and is always ready to address any questions or concerns I may have.
Our technician is Blake Tetstone. He is great. He is responsive, polite, considerate and very knowledgeable. He is great to talk to when he comes out and I enjoy visiting with him. He went above and beyond to address some minor issues on our small unit.
Communications from the company are top notch, and they always arrive as scheduled.
They are honest and dependable, and I highly recommend Touchstone Heating & Air to anyone who might need an AC or service.

I've been a customer for 2 or 3 years and they are great! My tech is Dillon Hardenbrook and he's fantastic! Very knowledgeable about the air conditioner maintenance. He's sweet, kind, considerate and nice. It means a lot to have someone you can talk to and trust to do the job right and not make you nervous around him.

You can rely on Touchstone to do the job right and make sure your air runs like it's supposed to. You can join a yearly membership plan and they will check your air throughout the year and make sure you don't have any issues. I like it!
