They came as soon as I called to let them know our unit was having problems. The new unit was installed the next day. They were prompt, efficient, and friendly.
As always, Touchstone service was A+. Been their customer over 20 years- they installed original when house built. This was the 2nd replacement in my 21 years. Great company, very thorough and always helpful!

I have used Touchstone Heating &Air 3 different times in 3 different homes for new AC units. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company from the timeliness of the quote process, to the install which was clean, and very professional. Touchstone stands behind their products and they treat customers like they should be treated. I would not use anyone else.
