After determining our old Lenox AC system kicked the bucket. Touchstone went the extra mile to get us a new unit ordered and installed. The guys that arrived were on time and ready to take on the challenge. They were very polite and done an amazing job cleaning up after the work was complete. We love our new York unit and know Touchstone will be there to take care of us when needed!
This is a trustworthy company and the staff are so friendly and professional. They came fast but at a time of day that worked for me and they answer their calls all the time. They don't do more than is needed like some other companies and they've saved my bacon more than once!
