I called today and Mark promptly returned my call. He was at my house within the hour. Mark took care of the issues going on with my unit. I have air again! They are very efficient and dependable. I would recommend they for all your heating and air needs.
Today we were very pleased with Billy, the tech sent out to give our AC a needed tune up before this coming Florida summer, although we are already using it !! Billy was knowledgeable and quick and nice. With Florida summers coming, the very best thing you could do is get a tune up , get your coolant if needed before it goes out. I would definitely recommend Touchstone to be your HVAC services company. We would highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Touchstone Heating & Air Inc. Mark and his team were absolutely amazing. Mark came out to give me a quote Thursday and sold me on the spot, mainly due to their awesome financing option as this was not an expected purchase. Mark was very personable and took plenty of time explaining everything to me. When Mark gave me the quote, he immediately had one of his guys charge up my unit to hold me over the weekend until they were able to install my new unit today. Jake and Toby came to install my new unit and did absolutely an amazing job. They both went above and beyond. They were super kind and worked hard. I had black mold on one piece of drywall around the top of the old unit and they replaced it even though they did not have to as it was not their job to do. So overall I am completely satisfied and know you will be too if you give them a chance.
Called for a replacement unit on Friday and they came out first thing Monday morning. Everyone was very professional. We are a doctors office and was concerned with the mess and fuss but, the ac unit was put in the attic in the middle of the work day with no issues. They even cleaned up behind themselves. We wouldn't have even known they were here if it wasn't for the cool ac they left us with . We will be using them in the past for all AC maintenance !!
The service was top notch. The technician arrived when he was scheduled and worked until the job was done. He also provided additional information on maintaining my system. I highly recommend Touchstone Heating & Air to anyone in need of repair or installation services.
Billy repaired our AC system the same day we called. He cleared the blockage, replaced the burned-out motor, and fabulously cleaned the unit. This company is reliable, goes the extra mile, and is outstanding!
They actually deserve MORE than 5 stars!! These guys and this company are simply amazing with their help, punctuality, professionalism, cleanliness, and having sooo much patience with my dogs! Mark and his techs are knowledge and professional. I switched to Touchstone just over a year ago when my 20 year old AC was having issues. They arrived for an emergency "Fix" and when I opted into their maintenance program they did not charge me extra for the after hours call. Most recently I replaced my 20yr old Rheem 13 seer with a new York 18 seer with variable speed inside and outside that allows humidity control. The install was quick and without a hiccup and the new AC is already saving me money!
