Mark and his crew showed up on time and ready to work. They were courteous, efficient and made sure any mess that came from the ductwork installation was cleaned up after the job was finished. We are very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.
Touchstone workers are so helpful and kind! During an installation at our grandson's home, Toby helped me replace a water line to the refrigerator! I know of no other business that would help repair something that had nothing to do with their original job. Thank you so much Touchstone!
So grateful for Touchstone Heating and Air! I called late in the afternoon and had a new unit installed the next day! It was a great experience and I didnt even have to miss work! Everyone was professional and courteous!! Thank you!!

I know everyone is waiting to hear about A/C repair. For a change it went well. We called Touchstone Heat & Air. At 830 am, They said they would be here by 1130 maybe 12. By golly they were. Tech listen to all our problems and cked system. The drip hose on both unit were clogged, plus needed a little Freon. He then went up in attic for upstairs unit, come to find out some of the duct work had came loose blowing cold air in attic. He was very polite and through, I would recommend them in a heart beat. Price was reasonable too. The end

Great customer service. We had an AC unit that we were trying to keep running but knew we needed to upgrade our system. Touchstone's was great they gave us an estimate and was able to install our new system a few days later. Great work! We love our new system.
I was very impressed with these guys. Their customer service is amazing. I called the phone number last night after 7pm and was expecting to leave a message, when Mark Touchstone answered. Not only did he offer to come out to my house that night, but showed up with his guys at 9 the next morning and installed a whole new system. They didn't miss a beat, and didn't try to over sell me some crazy contraption either. I will be a customer for a long as I can.
