Touchstone helped when my air unexpectedly died. Not only did they schedule for a new unit install the same week, but they took the time to get the old unit running for me so we could have air conditioning until the replacement is installed. Really treated me well, this is why my whole family uses Touchstone, they treat you right!

We called Touchstone after Cooks Heating and Air came out and charged us $150 to clear a clogged drain pipe and fixed absolutely nothing. When Jonathan from Touchstone showed up he immediately found the entire pipe full of gunk as well as a few other problems that the other guy didn't even bother to look at. He ended up fixing our problem as well as giving us a few other tips to keep our AC running longer and we paid LESS than we paid Cooks. Wish we had called Touchstone first, we will definitely be using them from now on.
Timely and professional service with knowledgeable and polite service technician. Blake kindly and patiently explained the current condition of the heat pump and what is needed to fix it. He also gave me some valuable information on how to maintain the unit. I highly recommend Touchstone Heating and Air.
