I have them come out every spring for a preventative maintenance check-up. It gives me peace of mind going into the "Dog Days" of summer. My system has never let me down.
Great company! I had a vent duct come off and RONALD was sent out to take care of us. He was very nice and professional. He took care of us quickly and was on time. We also had BLAKE come out a few weeks later and service our HVAC. He was very kind and professional. He was very thorough and cleaned the unit inside and out. Looked like new when he finished. We appreciate how easy it is to work with Touchstone. I like that they send a courtesy text & phone call when they are on the way. The maintenance service they offer is a great program. I highly recommend Touchstone!
