Contacted John Holt early in the morning due to AC going out at night… within an hour I had the office calling me to let me know a technician was fixing to head my way! Jake ended up being my tech and stayed on the phone with me( I was at work) and talked me through what he was finding and what the issue was! Had it fixed in no time! Jake was very thorough and answered all my questions perfectly! Highly recommend Touchstone!!

Precious family owned company! Mark came to our store (Your CBD Store Lake City) and fixed our ac unit the same day! And let me tell y'all, it was a HOT ???? day in Lake City! So thankful and grateful for Mark's knowledge, he even charged us less than what he quoted us because it took less time, work and material than he thought it would be. I bought a new York unit in April and I have been thrilled. MY electric bill has come down, but I am so happy with Touchstone's attention to detail. Randy just came to make sure everything was as it should be.
The entire crew is like a big family. They even start their day at the shop with prayer.
