Touchstone Heating & Air - Awesome Customer Service????
Best A/C service around, we would never use anyone else. Professional, great customer service and very prompt.
After several weeks of trying to get estimates from nearly every other local HVAC service and being met with slow or no communication, high prices, and long install time estimates I was happy to find Touchstone. Mark and his team were quick to respond, provided a great price and got the install done promptly. They went above and beyond to make the system fit my needs. I'll definitely be using them in the future and will be recommending their services.
Touchstone is a great company. I have an older unit that needs to be serviced regularly and when problems come up they always get to us quickly. Very professional and all around good people!
Responded quickly in a last minute hot pinch, was able to address the issue and get it fixed. Pricing was fair. Jonathan was awesome. We appreciate all the work and will def reuse Touchstone again in the future.

We bought our unit a few years back and Touchstone services it twice a year to keep it running like new. Their servicemen are polite, professional and do an excellent job. We highly recommend them.
We purchased a new unit from touchstone heating and air. We couldn't have been happier our decision. From the moment we met Mr. Mark we were treated exceptional, he even went out of his way to make our one year old daughter smile while giving us our quote. He personally walked our house and gave an extreme through estimate. We decided we would go ahead with the purchase, and 2 days later he HIMSELF along with a very professional, hardworking team was here installing our unit, on good Friday at that, so we would have air for Easter.
I HIGHLY recommend them!!! FIVE STARS in our opinion.

Touchstone installed a new York AC system in my dad's home last year. Because of my dad's advanced age (90 years old), I was concerned that someone might try to take advantage of him and sell him more system than he needed for an excessive price. Nothing could be further from the truth. Mark Touchstone was very professional and called me to explain all the details and answer my questions. The installation was done quickly and efficiently. This year, I was contacted by the office staff to schedule the annual maintenance check. The lady was very friendly, informative, and helpful. I was there when the technician (Billy) came to perform the maintenance. He was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He represented the company very well. If I lived in their service area, I would definitely use Touchstone for my HVAC services.
I called today and Mark promptly returned my call. He was at my house within the hour. Mark took care of the issues going on with my unit. I have air again! They are very efficient and dependable. I would recommend they for all your heating and air needs.
