Jonathan, the tech who came to our office was professional and helpful. He fixed the problem in a quick manner and I was happy with the bill. Our company continues to see someone from Touchstone Heating and Air every six months for a maintenance check. Our unit is old, about 12 years, and we want it to last as long as it can. I appreciate all your company does!
You and your entire staff are courteous and professional. You do what you say you will do when you do it. You have honesty and integrity and it was a pleasure doing business with you.
I do recommend you whenever any one asks about their A/C. I am completely satisfied with your service and especially with my service man Jonathan. He is always so polite and should be commended. I also appreciate being contacted when you need to service the A/C.
