I am a Gold Plan member and I will say that it is worth it. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional. My A/C went out last week and from the time I called and when technicians arrived was less than 2 hours. They found the problem and fixed it quickly. The Gold Plan saved me more than $100. I would recommend this plan to anyone and I would highly recommend Touchstone Heating and Air for all your heating and cooling needs.
Your service person, Dustin was extremely helpful answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I request that Dustin will always service my unit. He is very respectful a and represents Touchstone a credit to you.
We pay for annual service which is worth it. The guys are always very professional and knowledgeable. They don't try to sell you something you don't need. Highly recommend.
