The 2 young men that came & installed our new unit were knowledgeable, courteous and they cleaned up their mess, not to mention it didn't take as long as I expected! I highly recommend Touchstone!
I can't say enough good things about Touchstone Heating and Air! I just had my a/c serviced by their technician, Dustin Crews, and I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He was very thorough and explained everything clearly. He even rolled up the water hose when he was done (A small thing but greatly appreciated)!

Touchstone provided most knowledgeable and courteous service one could ask for. I called Tuesday morning, the service technician was at my house that afternoon and my new unit was installed by noon on Wednesday.
Touchstone Heating & Air Inc came to our rescue multiple times!!!! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!! Mark came to our home to look at our AC unit. Spent time talking to my husband and I about their different products and gave us several quotes to look over. He was very professional and pleasant. We were going on 2 weeks without AC and the house was getting unbearable. Mark had some guys from his team install 2 window units 1 in each of our kids rooms to cool the house down. Yesterday Toby, John and Jareth(I hope I spelled y'all's name right) came to our house to install a new AC unit. These guys were very professional, efficient and pleasant to talk to! From the beginning of this process when I messaged them on Facebook to see if someone was available to the end product yesterday has been an extraordinary experience! I forgot to mention that Mark took time out of his weekend and came to look at our AC unit on a Saturday. And his guys took time out of their weekend to put in the window units on a Sunday. I can't speak highly enough of this company! Thank you!!!! 5 stars 10 out of 10????
Touchstone Heating and Air provided the best service and a prompt response. I called Tuesday morning, the service tech was at my house before 4p and my new unit was installed before noon on Wednesday. Everyone one was courteous and very knowledgeable. Thank you Touchstone.
