I have been a customer for almost 10 years and have ALWAYS had a great experience with Touchstone! Everyone has always been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Mark was wonderful when my elderly mother needed a new system - he sat down with her, was extremely patient and knid, explained everything to her and did not try to take advantage of her or sell her anything unnecessarily. I also had a new system installed a few years after that, and all of the techs were courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and highly professional. The few times that I have had to have a service call, the techs were great! Always on time or early, highly knowledgeable, friendly, and just all around great people. I highly recommend Touchstone Heating and Air!
Same day service. Dustin very professional. Very pleased with the outcome.
Our AC went out on Sunday afternoon.
I contacted Touchstone and advised them of my problem.
They sent Dustin out that evening and he did what he could to get it cooling until a condenser could be replaced the next day.
Dustin was extremely professional and kept us informed of what he was doing and what was discovered.
Upon Dustin telling us that we had a leak in the lines and we needed a new condenser he set us up with an appointment the next day to replace and repair the problem.
Thanks to Dustin we were able to sleep cool that night.
Monday after lunch Case and another young man (didn't get his name, sorry), arrived and immediately began working on my unit even with thunder rolling in the background they continued to work to get my AC up and running.
Both of these young men were very friendly and kept us informed on what was being done.
They were able to complete the job in a timely manner and I am enjoying a nice cool home again.

Prompt response after hours by Owner, Mark, and quick service call scheduled. The team that came out was very professional and respectful, and had us up and running quickly. Received a follow up call to be sure we were taken care of. That is customer service at its best!

I just wanted to share my review about Touchstone heating and air. These guys Jonn Holt, Troy and Hunter were very professional and educated in there install of my Split air unit in my garage/pool room. You guys are welcome to come over and play some pool anytime.... Touchstone is lucky to have these young men as part of their team
