Our tech Riley was well versed in servicing our AC. He explained everything to us and made suggestions on what we could do to run our unit more efficiently. Was a great experience.
I called to get an estimate on a Generic Generator, Mark came out that evening and gave me a quote. We agreed on the price of which way I wanted to go and the next day it was delivered. They are very professional and knowledgeable of the products they sell. I highly recommend them and the work that they do is very good.

I am a Gold Plan member and I will say that it is worth it. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional. My A/C went out last week and from the time I called and when technicians arrived was less than 2 hours. They found the problem and fixed it quickly. The Gold Plan saved me more than $100. I would recommend this plan to anyone and I would highly recommend Touchstone Heating and Air for all your heating and cooling needs.

We pay for annual service which is worth it. The guys are always very professional and knowledgeable. They don't try to sell you something you don't need. Highly recommend.
