Touchstone installed a new heating and air system for me about two months ago. Had a problem the very first evening and the owner, Mark, came out himself to make things right. I could have submitted me recommendation right then because of the awesome customer service. Now that we've had some cold weather, I am thrilled with my new system. My old system ran and ran and ran on cold days. It was 26 degrees this morning and I ran heat for 30 minutes and was toasty warm. This will be a huge money saver on my electric bill! Thank you Touchstone for providing outstanding customer service and selling quality products.

Mark came out on a moment's notice to come and fix my air at 7:30 pm! I knew we couldn't go until the next day with it being over 80 degrees in my house! I appreciate the owner of the business coming to my rescue!! Also we've had the pleasure of all 3 'J' techs! Jonathan, James & Jeffrey. We always recommend Touchstone and so far I know of one that has used them! Thanks again!
