My husband and I were in need of a new AC system. We had worked with Mark, owner of Touchstone Heating & Air in the past, so we decided to give them a call. Our old AC unit was from 2005 so we were due for a new one. It was a York system and we thought it was a really great unit, so we decided to look into York again. Our timing was perfect because as it turns out, Touchstone Heating & Air is currently running a promotion that will get you a cruise vacation voucher if you purchase a qualifying York system. It was such a great added bonus to receive after already receiving such amazing service from an amazing company. The last time we cruised we went to the Virgin Islands. We still need to decide where and when we want to take this vacation, but we have 16 months which is plenty of time. We’re very excited to take this trip. Touchstone Heating & Air is absolutely wonderful. My house is very old and they have serviced our AC system in the past. This past week they came and put all new ductwork and vents in, fixed the issues with the inside unit and added vents in my home. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. This by far was not an easy task and I was so surprised that it was completed and cleaned up in a day. Mark and his team are courteous and and respectful. I couldn't have asked for a better team to come into my home. I am so thankful to have found such a dependable ac company to call for all my needs. Thank you so much for all of your hard work.
Staff very nice. Work was completed in a timely manner and were very professional. Would highly recommend them to everyone.
Excellent response time, technician was very friendly and courteous. Serviced the existing unit and did necessary preparation to keep us going. Explained everything that he did without trying to sell me an upgrade which was not needed. Highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for good, friendly down home service.
I have used them 3 times... 2 of those times my unit was back up and running the same day....(special order part for 1 visit)... ? The employees have wonderful attitudes, willing to answer questions and help save $$. Highly recommend
There's not enough room here to post all the wonderful things I have to say about Touchstone! Mark and his crew are WONDERFUL to work with, extremely ethical and professional,and do a great job taking the extra time to explain all about the new systems they install. Highly recommend!
