Yesterday I had Miles Stidham serviced our a/c for the first time since moving into our new home. He was so awesome and thorough. A very helpful guy and answered all my questions without hesitation. He went beyond what was required. I must say my first experience was memorable and their customer service was excellent. Kudos to your team!

Kim had her service tech Ronald out same day. Ronald found the leak that wasn't found by previous company, and is just a nice guy. Kim is handling all the warranty work for us. We live in Gainesville.

Always have very professional and courteous service for a reasonable price. They are very trustworthy. I was happy to learn today that they do dryer vent cleaning. They cleaned my dryer vent today and did a wonderful job and explained what they found. I highly recommend them!
I have to add more to my above recommendation which still stands. I had a recent AC problem and technician Ronald Hulsey went above and beyond after hours to find and fix the problem. It required several visits. He always responded promptly and was very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. He is outstanding!! I could not ask for more. I will remain a loyal customer of this company. Thanks!!!!
We were the very first home Mark ever did an install on and we could not have been more happy with our choice of HVAC person.
