Outstanding company in every way. I have done business with this company for years. They are ******************* and courteous and respond promptly to after-hours call when needed, even on weekends and holidays. I had a recent problem after hours and the technician went above and beyond to find the problem when I think many would have given up until normal business hours. They always give 100% and follow through to make sure things are working correctly. I can't say enough positive words about them. Do not take my word for it; go to their ******** page and read all the many 5-star reviews.

They were professional. They worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up their mess so my house was left clean. They explained the operation of the unit.
Never a good time for your 14 yr old AC Unit to quit, but Florida is notoriously hot in mid July. The thermometer read 97 outside so you know we were hot inside too! I Contacted Touchstone Heating and Air in the AM and a technician was at my house shortly after lunch. Time to retire the old unit and a brand new York unit was installed in approximately 4 hours. Call Touchstone Heating and Air for your heating and air conditioning needs.
Got home on Friday afternoon and it was a bit warm in my house so I called the office and within 30 minutes a technical was at my home and when he left the unit was working and cooled my house down. Great Company Great people. They are the best for me and my family.
Touchstone has maintained our heat pump running like new for years. They are the only ones I would recommend because of their excellent track record. A great place to do business with. Friendly, courteous and professional.
