Very friendly and courteous the techs are professional and clean .
I have my A/C serviced by Touchstone Heating and Air twice a year. Great service and well worth the money. I had a small problem with my unit, so I called them and they came very quick, fixed the problem for no charge because I'm a gold club member.
Great service. Arrived soon after I called. Mark was super nice. Will definitely call again.

After several weeks of trying to get estimates from nearly every other local HVAC service and being met with slow or no communication, high prices, and long install time estimates I was happy to find Touchstone. Mark and his team were quick to respond, provided a great price and got the install done promptly. They went above and beyond to make the system fit my needs. I'll definitely be using them in the future and will be recommending their services.
Knowledgeable technician performed his bi-annual inspection on my A/C /Heat Pump unit. He was professional and was thorough in his inspection.
