My technician Ronald was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Found a problem I didn't know I was having since we weren't running the air (cold snap) and got it fixed before the temps went back up this week. Explained it all in easy to understand language. Looking forward to seeing him again in 6 months.

What a great company! I hesitated to call them on the coldest weekend of the year, but when I had an issue with my unit, they came within two hours and had me back in business quickly. Old ductwork was sweating up a storm and leaking through the ceiling of our home. We called Touchstone and they put it right. Toby, Blake and Mark did great work. Fast, too, and at a reasonable price. Nice guys on top of it. I'd give 'em 6 stars if I could.
