We have been using Touchstone Heating & Air at least 4 years & have been extremely pleased with the service! We finally had to get a new A/C unit last December & have truly loved it! I highly recommend them & trust the company! Thank you Blake for servicing our unit yesterday! So polite & very professional !
On 5/8/24 one of touchstone technicians came to my house & began work. Well he was at Wrong house. Long story short. I called them on 5/9/24 stating my A/C stop working. Lets just say they came out to my home & was very professional!! They inspected the entire AC! They took accountability too their wrong doing and CORRECTED it! I am very pleased with my services! I would highly recommend them!
Rylee was great. Very personable. Works very hard. If we had questions he was right there with the answer. Cleaned out the a/c system n got it ready for the summer. Very happy with Touchstone Heating n Air Inc.

Tech are good to work with, they do what on work orders, than look at other things to make sure nothing is wrong, so u will not get caught short. Friendly and understanding.

Always lets you know when they will be there, and they show up! Technicians are always polite and helpful. I've never had to call because tech didn't do something…follow up, communication and service is important to me
blake was a super person to work with very knowledgeable. he found something that our home inspector should have caught and he fixed the problem within 10 minutes...i would highly recommend them for any air conditioning work.
