We have 2 units, serviced every 6 months. One unit this visit showed the beginning of mold so an ultra violet light was installed. Jonathan is the best.

We had 3 other AC companies come out to fix the problem. Touchstone came out and looked into voltage & wiring. The problem is fixed. The people in the office were courteous and knowledgeable. JJ the service tech was great. He checked things that the other companies never mentioned or looked at. He is professional took care of keeping everything neat and clean. I am very pleased that I had them come to the house and will refer them to whoever asks me for a reference. I do home remodeling so I do have people ask me for suggestions on other service companies.
