blake was a super person to work with very knowledgeable. he found something that our home inspector should have caught and he fixed the problem within 10 minutes...i would highly recommend them for any air conditioning work.
Amazing experience. They replaced the old central air unit with several mini units. Mark did the initial walk through and was very patient with my lack of knowledge. The financing approval process turned out to be very simple. The day of work, Mark got his crew orientated and made sure things went smoothly. His crew was very focused. They coordinated well together. The crew were polite to me, but also polite towards each other, so I felt comfortable being alone with them while they worked. I've waited a couple weeks to write this review to see how the mini units work. The units are working and looking beautiful.
I am very pleased with my service from Touchtone Heating and Air. They were very in depth with what needed repaired and the difference between repairing and a new unit. I did not feel pressured to purchase but was given enough information to make a decision. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and welcoming.
We were in need of a new AC (compressor & air handler) and Touchstone did the removal and install. They arrived as scheduled and tackled the removal and install with expertise. I am super pleased with the job they performed, all was accomplished without damaging any of the surroundings. They cleaned up all the messes and once they left you saw no telltale signs of the project outside of the new units instead of the old.I highly recommend this company for all your hvac needs from install to maintenance.

Re-enrolled in the Gold Plan and service technician Ronald Hulsey came out to give my A/C system the Spring checkout. Ronald went over my entire system and everything checked out fine. Ronald was also able to get in to my attic recesses to check my duct work as well. The service that Ronald and Touchstone Heating and Air provides is beyond what I could ever expect from a service provider. They are professional and courteous and I wouldn't have anyone else service my A/C and Heating system.
